Our Story

We embarked on a formidable undertaking in 2014, aiming to provide local businesses with handcrafted, imaginative, and modern commercial furniture. With a modest 3000 sq/ft warehouse and a collection of used carpentry tools, we took our first steps. The inaugural creation to roll off our production line was a reception desk tailored for a local hair salon owner. Encouraged by the positive response from local clientele, we proceeded to design a range of modern and elegant reception desks.

Since then, we have created over 150 distinctive designs, including hand-painted glass conference tables, engineered stone executive desks, storage credenzas, efficient workstations, bar tables, and inviting lobby furniture.

Our Growth

In the year 2019, we made a significant leap forward by relocating to a cutting-edge production facility spanning an impressive 20,000 sq/ft in the bustling business district of Miami. Our workforce consists of individuals who possess a passion for manual craftsmanship and take great pleasure in working with their hands.

Over the years, our team has steadily expanded from a core group of 5 individuals to a workforce exceeding 30 professionals. We take immense pride in contributing to our local economy by generating employment opportunities. To uphold our commitment to quality, we undertake the entire production process in-house. From construction and assembly to careful packaging, custom crating, and national shipping, we oversee every aspect of the journey to ensure that our products reach customers across the nation in pristine condition.

In early 2017, he introduced a manufacturing division within Axis Office, determined to design and create his own line of modern office furniture. Since its inception, this division has successfully launched an impressive collection of over 150 distinctive designs, with more creations continuously in the works. Amar's unwavering commitment to innovation and quality has been the driving force behind his thriving business.

Our Founder

Amar, hailing from India, has nurtured a deep passion for creativity throughout his life. He pursued his studies in hospitality and culinary management in Switzerland, and later completed his education at FIU in Miami. In 2005, he made the bold decision to leave behind his successful corporate career and embark on an entrepreneurial journey.

His initial venture involved a home furnishing company that specialized in providing contemporary furniture at affordable prices. However, in 2014, Amar recognized a significant gap in the market when it came to high-quality modern furniture for commercial clients. Faced with a scarcity of vendors offering such products, he took matters into his own hands and established Axis Office.
