Axis Office Furniture stands behind the quality of the products we fabricate. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and begins on the date of delivery.
2-Year Coverage
Applies to qualifying structures, surfaces, laminates, and workmanship-related failures.
Starts on Delivery
Your warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.
Repair or Replacement
Covered items may be repaired on site or replaced at no additional cost.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects on products fabricated by Axis Office Furniture. Coverage begins on the date of delivery and remains in effect for 2 years.
- Furniture structures made with plywood, MDF, and metal
- Standard laminates and PVC laminates against discoloration, peeling, or cracking
- Engineered solid surfaces against discoloration, cracking, or bending
- Painted glass surfaces against paint peeling, cracking, or discoloration
- Soft parts and workmanship-related failures, including hardware, LED lights, and furniture glue
What Axis Office Furniture Will Do
If a covered defect is confirmed, Axis Office Furniture will, at its discretion, repair the furniture on site or provide replacement furniture at no additional cost to the customer.
- Defective pieces will be picked up at no additional cost
- The customer is responsible for packing and crating defective furniture for pickup
- Replacement parts are provided free of charge, including delivery
- Average lead time for replacement parts is 3–6 weeks
If the customer arranges repair through a local company, the repair quote must be approved
by Axis Office Furniture in advance. Work performed by a third party is not guaranteed,
and Axis Office Furniture is not responsible for additional compensation related to
unsatisfactory third-party repair work.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, or external conditions, including:
- Chipping or impact damage from solid objects
- Animal damage
- Burn marks
- Fading caused by sunlight passing through window glass
- Damage caused by heat, wind, flood, freezing, or other acts of nature
Coverage ends if the original client sells, moves, or otherwise transfers the furniture. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. The warranty is void if the products are removed from the mainland United States or Canada.

All items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are sold in as-is condition.
