What Does this Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects on all products fabricated by Axis Office furniture.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

Our warranty starts from the date of delivery.

- this warranty covers all furniture structures made with plywood, MDF and metal for 2 years.

- this warranty covers our standard laminates and PVC laminates against discoloration, peeling or cracking for 2 years.

- this warranty covers our engineered solid surfaces against discoloration, cracking or bending for 2 years.

- this warranty covers our painted glass surfaces against paint peeling, cracking or discoloration for 2 years.

- this warranty also lasts for 2 years on any soft parts and workmanship-related failures. Examples of failures

covered are hardware, LED light and furniture glue.

What Will Axis Furniture Do?

Axis office will repair the furniture on site or provide new furniture at no additional cost to the customer. We will

also arrange to pick up the defective pieces of furniture at no additional cost. Customer will be responsible for

packing and crating the defective furniture. Replacement parts are provided free of cost including delivery with an

average lead time between 3-6 weeks.

If the customer is arranging the repair by a local company, the repair quote must first be approved by Axis Office

Furniture. We do not guarantee any work performed by a third party and cannot be held to further compensation

in the event of dissatisfactory repair work.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by other abuse or misuse such as chipping, bumping with

solid object, animal damage, burn marks, fading caused by the sunlight passing through the window glass. Also acts

of nature such as heat, wind, flood or freezing are not covered.

Coverage terminates if the original client sells, move or otherwise transfer the furniture. Consequential and

incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. If the products are removed from the mainland US &

Canada, the warranty is considered voided.

All items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items as they are sold in the

condition as is.

How Does State Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
