Product Care Guide

One of our first recommendations is to avoid dragging furniture, since it causes damage to the structure and legs. If you
want to move them around, grab them from the base to move them. Ultraviolet rays discolor and damage both wood
and upholstery, avoid exposing furniture to direct sunlight. If the furniture is close to windows, it should be
protected with solar filter curtains or blinds. Avoid direct exposure to intense heat sources such as fireplaces or
radiators place them more than 20 inches away) since it causes dryness in the furniture. Place the furniture in dry
places and ventilated environments.
With regular care and maintenance, your Axis Office furniture will provide years of superior performance and
satisfaction. To maintain the finish quality of your Axis Office product, please follow the cleaning procedures
provided below.


Laminate Care

-Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity,
extreme heat or cold, and moisture.
-Dust frequently with a soft, damp, clean cloth or mild
detergent solution. Avoid using chemical or abrasive cleaning
compounds.
-To avoid build up of cleaning agents, rinse the laminate
surface with warm water and wipe with a clean damp
cloth.

Veneer Care

-Normal Cleaning
-Dust furniture with a slightly damp soft lint-free cloth.
-Wipe dry with a dry soft cloth in the direction of the wood
grain.
Once a Month
-Clean the surface with a soft cloth dampened with a
quality cleaner formulated for wood furniture.
Wipe the surface in the direction of the wood grain to
remove dirt and fingerprints.
Wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.
Twice a Year
-Apply a good quality furniture polish with a clean soft cloth.

Glass Care

-Clean as normal with a soft cloth and mild, non-alkaline detergent
using moderate pressure.
-Detergent must be free of silicone and other polishing additives
that may leave a residue causing streaks to form. Abrasive and
caustic cleaners are not to be used.
-Excessive pressure or hard scrubbing motions may damage the
painted frost glass surface.
-Wipe glass surface until dry; liquids left on the glass may cause staining.

Stone Care

-Normal Cleaning.
-Wash with a soft cloth and a mixture of a mild detergent and warm
water. Rinse with warm water and wipe dry with a clean soft cloth.
-Rinse the tabletop with warm water to remove surface dirt and wipe
dry with a clean soft cloth for routine maintenance.
-Acid-based Liquids, Such as Coffee, Wine, and Fruit Juice
-Wipe up immediately using a clean soft cloth. The longer a spill
remains, the more difficult it will be to remove and may stain.
-Do not use abrasive, acid, alcohol-based, or solvent-based cleaners,
they will damage the surface.
