Axis Office builds modern commercial furniture in Miami: custom reception desks, conference tables, executive desks, podcast tables, workstations, and storage. Configure any custom piece on its product page, choosing size, shape, finish, lighting, and storage with the price updating as you go. Prefer something immediate? The Ready to Ship collection is in stock and ordered the same way. All made in the USA from commercial-grade materials.
Straight, U-shape, L-shape, ADA-compliant, double-counter, extra-wide, and retail cash-wrap desks, plus podiums and host stations for smaller front-of-house spaces. Widths start at 48 inches and run up through extra-wide models built for multi-station lobbies, with extensions available. Pick your finishes from matte, gloss, stone-look, traceless, and tambour, with LED accents and logo cut-outs so the desk carries your branding.
Brand-new pieces we build ahead of demand, one of each, so they are ready the moment you order. Fully assembled and crated in our Miami shop, shipping in days instead of weeks, and priced below the custom build because the work is already done.
Tables built for recording, sized from solo setups through six-person panels. Half-moon and straight shapes put every mic within reach and keep guests angled toward each other rather than lined up in a row. Cable pass-throughs run through the base and tambour front panels hide cords and gear from camera while keeping them reachable mid-session. Choose your size, height, top material, and LED on the product page.
The shipping company called me in advance so I could be at my office when they delivered. My cleaning solution didn’t come with the order. I’m hoping they send it soon
Love the color changing light feature, it's definitely a must! The delivery and arrival was seamless, and the team was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend!
I ordered a custom front desk for our medical spa. It was absolutely PERFECT, Amar and his team was amazing.
I was extremely impressed with the quality and overall look of the reception desk. It met all of my expectations from the excellent customer service to the packaging to ensure a damage free delivery! This desk is a perfect fit for this Lash studio I designed. I will definitely source Axis again for any project that requires a reception desk!
Amazing process start to finish! Shipping arrived on time (keep in mind 8+ weeks for delivery! Felt like it took forever but delivered 100% on schedule, so don’t be in a rush). Absolutely everything they did was exceptional and top-notch customer service!
Constantly communicated promptly and the shipping was easy and streamlined. The desk came packaged extremely well also. I’m super happy with the desk. Will absolutely purchase again! : )
