Axis Office accepts returns of unused, never-installed, non-custom merchandise within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be received in new condition and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Please contact Axis Office within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Do not return merchandise until you receive return instructions from our team.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom furniture, custom modifications, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Refunds apply to the merchandise price only. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any discount, promotion, or free shipping applied to the original order may be deducted from the refund amount.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Axis Office promptly with your order number and photos so we can assist.
