Custom Reception Desks
Every reception desk here is built to order and available to buy directly on the site, straight, U-shape, L-shape, curved, ADA-compliant, double-counter and extra-wide, and retail cash-wrap models. Open any design to configure it: pick your width from 48" to 90", add a 36" to 72" extension, choose your main desk and workspace finishes, set your LED and storage, and see your price update with every option. Finishes include matte, gloss, stone-look, and traceless laminates, tambour, wood veneer, and engineered surfaces, so the desk can carry your brand colors into the lobby. Storage options run from a pencil drawer to a locking mobile cabinet, on either side or both. Every desk includes a pre-drilled 2.5" grommet with cover for cable management, and ADA models are built with a compliant transaction height alongside the standard 42" counter.

Straight Shape Reception Desks
A single straight run is the most space-efficient reception desk you can put in a lobby, it sits flush against a wall, needs no clearance on the sides, and works in narrow entries where an L-shape or U-shape won’t fit. It’s also the lowest entry price of any shape we build.

U-Shape Reception Desks
A U-shape desk wraps the counter around three sides, so it holds the room in a larger lobby and keeps the work surface, monitors, and paperwork out of a visitor’s sightline. The extra run also gives you space for two receptionists, more equipment, and more storage than a straight or L-shape footprint allows.

L-Shape Reception Desks
An L-shape adds a return on one side, giving the receptionist a second work surface for a printer, scanner, or paperwork without the full footprint of a U-shape. It tucks into a corner and can face either direction, so you pick which side the panel lands on based on where your entry and traffic flow sit.
